Cancellation Policy and Service Guarantee

  1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide notification of any cancellations no later than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled service time by calling 613-591-0909 or emailing ken@trumaxsecurity.ca. Failure to provide such notice will result in the client being charged the full service fee.

  2. Late Arrival: Our technicians will wait for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled start time. Clients must notify us promptly if they anticipate being late to avoid any disruption or additional charges.

  3. Right to Vacate Premises: Our technicians reserve the right to vacate the premises immediately if they encounter any form of verbal or physical violence. The safety and well-being of our staff are paramount, and such behavior will not be tolerated.

  4. Service Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our work for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. Should any issues arise within this period due to our workmanship, we will address and rectify the matter at no additional cost to the client. We strive to leave each job with our customers experiencing 100+1% satisfaction.
